[numero uno.]
Choosing a favorite song for the year is a near to impossible task for a person like me, who falls madly in love with each new track I add to my collection, as they’re all very personal to me, for very different reasons. So while it would be more accurate to create a top 10 – maybe even multiple top 10′s – and perhaps I’ll do just that at a later time, I instead have chosen just one song the be my numero uno for 2011. While there are arguably many other songs on my list with more depth, or greater emotional significance, poetry in every lyric, or other such artistic things, the fact remains I listened to this song the most. I’ve been grooving to it ever since I heard it late one night in August while listening to Pandora, and it’s been looped on my playlist ever since.
